Nice to meet you!

We’re Henry and Karissa Elgersma, we are originally Iowans who transplanted and settled in the great city of St. Paul, MN.

When we married in 2013, we both had dreams of renovating our first house together. We bought our first house our 2015, and gutted and renovated the entire house by ourselves for a year with a teeny tiny budget to work with. We learned so much from that project, but what we didn’t see coming was the collision of our professional work and our personal projects.

We couldn’t stop thinking about how to help other people with small budgets create the home they didn’t think they could afford.

Since our move to the Twin Cities, we have helped countless homeowners and investment-minded individuals purchase and design homes and small multi-family properties that they can be proud of with their modest budgets. We are passionate about creating custom, unique homes with modest budgets and space. We love finding ways to be resourceful with every dollar and square inch.
