Want realistic ideas of how to modernize the exterior of the home you are purchasing or already own within a reasonable budget? After an initial consultation to see your home and to talk through your design goals, we will photoshop options for updating the exterior- tailored to your home’s specific style and your budget, until you find the option you love. After deciding on the vision for your new exterior, we will give you next steps for making those changes- whether you hire out labor or do the work yourself.

This is a complimentary service to our real estate clients!

$750 for first set of exterior options (hourly charge for additional options/changes) In-home consultation only for local clients within the Twin Cities metro. Exterior renderings may still be possible for homes not in the Twin Cities- reach out for more info about this.

Schematic design consultation

Do you need help brainstorming and visualizing potential modifications you could make to your home (or a potential one?) We would love to help you visually space plan and know all your options for renovation before you purchase your next home or for your current home.

Our real estate clients receive a complementary design consultation with an architect at any point during or after the house buying process.

Renovation plans and design consult

If you are ready to move beyond the “Schematic Design Consultation” and need official architect designs and drawings for your renovation, we will help you with everything you need to get your project started. Aside from official plans, we would love to help you brainstorm the design of the space you are transforming as well.

Our creative process allows your budget to go further while creating a unique final product that differentiates your home from other “cookie cutter” new-builds. We design within the constraints of the lot, zoning, and budget to creatively maximize every budgeted dollar. We listen carefully to your goals and explore your design preferences to craft a home that’s exactly what you want. We will create a custom design that meet your creative vision and goals for profitability. Our knowledge of city zoning codes informs our designs to meet regulations while maximizing the earning potential of each square foot through creative design and efficient planning. We will help you find the right financing for your specific project, and help you with an idea of potential income the your investment property could generate.
